 Longboarding is widely popular for Cruising, Carving and downhill racing. Longboarding helps develop confidence to do other physically demanding challenges.

The best part about longboards is that you can ride them on roads and you don't need a specific track. Its about balancing yourself on the four wheels and get moving. It's about the speed, the thrill, the adrenaline rush and dedication to explore the sport.

There are different longboards for every style, purpose or terrain and the designs are continuing to evolve and adapt to the skater’s needs and new ideas. Longboarding also has competitive races down hill, with some riders reaching speeds exceeding 80 Kms per hour. A longboard varies in shape and size unlike its set counterpart, the skateboard, and has more stability, traction and durability due to larger wheel size and lower wheel durometers./p>

Longboard Crew India, the first and only longboarding crew of India are a bunch of sprightly youngsters in New Bombay who are dabbling in an adventure sport of a different kind. LCI members learn, grow, evolve and add something new to the history of longboarding in India./p>

The Longboard Crew aims to  grow popularity of the sport and are happy to take workshops in any part of India, especially in schools and colleges with sizeably big campuses If you're bored of the regular outdoor activity and are willing to learn some kick-ass sport.
